The Challenge

As Caffe Society expanded, disconnected legacy systems created data silos, duplicated effort, and delayed access to critical information.

“We had a number of legacy systems in place which were really slow and weren’t integrated. This meant that we couldn’t get data out of our systems. Well, we could, but that would have taken days if not weeks of effort.”

Sage 50 could no longer support the scale of the business. “We were also using Sage 50 which was no longer fit for purpose. We were working beyond its capacity in terms of the number of orders and the number of concurrent users.”

The Solution: Sage 200, Built with Xperience

After engaging Xperience, Caffe Society selected Sage 200, integrated with CRM, to remove silos and create a scalable ERP platform. In 2019, the business upgraded to Sage 200cloud, supporting Making Tax Digital and enabling further automation.
